Mattu Josephine Bendu: Admin Assistant (National Secretariat)
Mattu Josephine Bendu (Mrs) is the Administrative Assistant at Right to Access Information Commission National Secretariat. She holds a Bachelor of Science Honours degree in Development and Economics, from the University of Management and Technology (UNIMTECH).
Her duties and responsibilities at Right to Access Information Commission are:
- Be familiar with functions of the Human Resource and Administration Manager so as to enable her to assume the duties of the Manger in her absence.
- Supports the Human Resource Manager in the supervision of support staff.
- May be called upon to assist with special projects and assume responsibility for the development administration, and promotion of specific projects as required.
- Monitor staff register and report irregularities.
- Maintain a notice schedule for the Chairman and Executive Secretary for meetings and other functions to attend.
- Sorts and distribute incoming mails.
- Performs reception duties.
